Couldn't have been happier with the service provided by Nikol. She was able to fit me in where others closer to my home town weren't interested.Very pleased to say that with my trial period ending this week, I've never felt healthier, more awake, more happy and more able to get things done than I have been in a long time. Tried to buy a CPAP machine at 4.20pm Monday and no one answered the phone and no one in shop. There trading hours advertised are open till 5.00pm.......bad service will buy elsewhere....... Bad Service.

This is a top level service for sleep support. Nicole looks after you so professionally and takes the time to provide the highest level of service. Cannot recommended this business and the high level of customer service high enough. You’re in good hands here.

Chloe was from head office in Darwin for the week filling in for someone on leave and she was extremely helpful. It was my first time ant CLM and there were so many phone calls coming in and many customers arriving at once and she gave everyone quality time and service including myself.I bought a mask piece and then a whole new mask and she politely asked if I would like to make sure it’s the right fit for both visits so she took the time to go through all the sizes to find the best fit and now I have a couple of great choices for nose fitment in case I get sick or irritated from one type. I highly recommend CLM and would like to thank Chloe for the warm, professional and helpful experience.

Cannot fault the service I have received from Nicole and Jason. Nicole is patient and kind and really wants to help you achieve a good nights sleep. I’m not there yet but I know I’m in good hands.

The hygiene of the face mask was questionable. It smelt very used. I didn't feel like the equipment was clean enough. Staff are very friendly.
