We stopped here for groceries for dinner and was pleased to see the selection of produce they have on offer. The fruit and vegetables were fresh and the lamb we bought was very tasty.

Have found that the staff are very friendly and are available/willing to help you on the spot. Especially the Manager, at the front of counter. Exceptional service from this lady. It is where you walk in. I walked up to the counter and the Manager said hello how are you today, how may I help you? I have not had some one ask that of me before. Usually staff say, hello what do you want. Exceptional service from from this Manager. Thank you to the Manager for fantastic service and with a smile, will return again.

Staff are wonderful.Considering this is the only Woolworths really North East it doesn't have half the products. It should be double the size store and doing delivery service. I have to order online Woolworths to get products. And not due to covid ,they just don't stock the variety of items that majority Woolworths have.

Very disappointed with the high prices of red meat. Farmers prices for there cattle has fell but has not been past on to customers. There is a lot of people doing it tuff.

Today I did click & collect at woolies, drove in to pick it up and then drove home. As I was unpacking the groceries I realised that the fridge items that I had ordered were not with my groceries. I was a little bit annoyed, as we live 20 minutes from town, but the lovely lady at woolworths offered to drive out the 2 bags of groceries. I feel that she went out of her way to keep the customer happy and I greatly appreciated it.

I have been so disappointed with the quality of fresh fruit and veg lately. I have bought apples, grapes, onions and mandarins twice in the last month and both times all produce was unedible. I am on a pension and this is a huge waste of money for me. Please try to improve the quality of your fresh fruit produce.The staff here are amazing though, really nice people working there, always happy to help.
