Took in a recently purchased car to get RWC'd, and ended up being provided an incredibly thorough description of the condition of the vehicle with photos - and very well-priced rectification work that was completed on the same day! These guys are awesome, 100% recommend. Genuinely blown away with the efficiency, transparency and service.

I cannot recommend these guys enough! I had my car breakdown last week and needed a new alternator. I was very stressed because no one was going to be able to do it for me for almost a week but I called AutoKeepers and they came to the rescue working extra the next day to get the job done for me so I didn't have to go without my car for the weekend. They did an amazing job, such great and outstanding service and the price was terrific too! Thank you Thank you Thank you!!!! You guys are the best!

I've been going to Autokeeper's for over a year now and I'm always gob smacked by the friendliness of every.single.person.that.works.there. You can honestly talk to any staff member there and they will treat you the same. You could even be having a bad day and be the worst customer in the world and the service will never change.I love a good yarn when I wait. Luke and Jaime in Bowen Hills branch delivered exactly that. But more specifically, even though I'm sort of a 'regular' the service provided never falters. I'm still always explained the ins and outs of what's happening and why it's happening, what I need to monitor and the likes. I'm explained why a part is this cost as opposed to this cost (genuine vs non-genuine) and asked which I want and honestly it feels so good to be all over what's going on. I'm left with no gaps.Usually, I am shown photos but sometimes they'll take me over to the car and show me directly. I then give my dad (who's also pretty good with this stuff as dads are) a cheeky call to run it by him and I rarely have to ask further questions because dad says they've covered it off pretty well.I did have an issue with my rocker gasket where I had the complete tappet and cover replaced but the leak came back within a couple of months. I could have been one of those people who got upset and made a fuss online, but I went back and there was no issue in organising to get this rectified under their warranty, in fact they were happy to, which makes me feel like I can trust them even more.They're definitely one up regular mechanics elsewhere that I've been.Seriously awesome place to go to get my car maintained and it's in a huge orange building so you can't miss it.

The yahoos that operate in this place nearly hit a pedestrian walking past their shop today. The manager? Who we will call mumbles for obvious reasons you will soon understand had audacity to abuse the lady walking past on the footpath when the p plater worker came hooning out of the workshop driveway and had to give way..as the law clearly states he should. He spoke louder when he rudely stated to the pedestrian, “that is why I said car coming out of the garage’” than he did when he claims he yelled the initial warning. As an observer I would have thought he was having a conversation with someone in the workshop and no warning was yelled. Additionally speak to your staff and tell them to slow down and drive safely as their behaviour is reflective of your business. Pedestrians walking on footpaths over driveways have right of way mumbles and as an auto shop, perhaps you should realise that such poor behaviour is reflective on your company and shared across the community. I will never take my car there now and will share this experience far and wide.

The service was very prompt, polite and professional. They checked my brakes for free and informed me that I still had a few months of use left and gave me replacement options and helped me find my own specific aftermarket parts.This is after a service at another local place trying to tell me I needed all 4 corners docs and pads replaced at the time which I knew was incorrect.Their honest service really surprised me and I knew they weren’t trying to make a buck so to speak. I highly recommend them after previously using their competitors in the area.

Really detailed and helpful in examining what needs to be done and why. They give you options, understanding that sometimes it all cant be done at once and then take the time to talk it all through. I got photos of the parts that needed repair which I think gives you alot of peace of mind and builds trust with the customer as you then know what you are paying for. Grrat service, friendly staff and they get the job done. Will definately be back.
