Sent someone to get onions rings for me — they’d been cooked too many times or for too long - all batter with stale oil! Telling ur customer he is ridiculous probably not their finest moment

I arrived at the drive in at around 1.15pm today. Ordered a burger + chorizo medium meal and drove around to the pay window. There I waited for around 2 minutes with no sign of any staff. I drove on to the collection window which was closed. No sign of life! I waited for another 2 minutes...still no-one.I drove to Macca's at the other end of town where I was served by a friendly and cheerful young man even tho' there were other customers waiting. Unfortunately the burger was bland and tasteless.however the staff were excellent.Lift your game HJ's.

Never again!!!~~I have never seen burgers so disgustingly prepared! They obviously just threw everything on the buns and wrapped them, there was no one else behind me anyway so why rush it so much! Plus the girl (Bell) behind the counter must not like her job as she never smiled and was so unbelievably arrogant!!! They were laughing when I left so they might have been busy till I interrupted them or just didn't care at all about quality and customer service OR intentionally messed up my meal (which I threw away)! The ridiculous and irresponsible image these people projected has totally ruined HJ for us!!!...SHAMEFUL

Best Hungry Jacks in SA everytime I pass through fries and burgers are always fresh, hot and golden brown with decent amounts of salt/sauce unlike in mt gambier where everything is always cold or not so fresh.Some days staff are a bit slow but i have never waited more then 5 mins like some of these other reviews say?

Cold burgers, stale chips and the girl stood there talking to her friend glanced at me several times and continued to chat. Two other workers finally came to serve after 10min standing and waiting.Thank God Mc Donald's have improved since my last review.Should be ashamed HJ!From the look of the reviews over the past few years you guys don't care about your business.

Update from last time (which was 1 star as well). Have gotten my order right 3 out of close to 15 times I've been. Fastest I've gotten food was in about 4 minutes, and most staff must have a rough life as I have seen about 2 smiles, and I think that was them cracking up jokes to each other.They've reduced their hours as, the burgers aren't better at this Hungry Jack's.

We were the only ones waiting to order and had to wait more than 5 mins to be served. Once served, food took longer than expected, and then they forgot a drink.The food was horrible to top it off . All the tables were dirty so we had to clean off a table to sit at.

The single finest HJ’s in the nation. After our long drive from Victoria they built a Rebel Whopper that put all other HJ’s to shame. Other HJ’s constantly ruin this burger.

Terrible service. Waited for ages in drive though and then when finally got to window they didn’t know my order and had to start again.
