Very poor experience and unprofessional. My lashes fell out after 5 days the older lashes were not removed before refilling and I have tried to come to a conclusion on a separate platform but they are now ignoring me. I could feel the head of each flare when I blink not happy at allPictured on day 6 I usually get a refill every 3 weeks with no problem ( regular lash lady was on holiday(

If I can go below zero I would. I got my lashes done today by Eli and Denise took over midway due to Eli placing the eyepatch incorrectly by sticking my lower lash to my bottom lashes causing them to come off. During the beginning I felt my eyes itch then they started stinging and burning badly I mentioned it to them and they gave me a fan. Eli Continued to do my lash. It kept stinging and burning and hurting until Denise came over to check and saw the placement of the eyepatch. Fixed it but this didn’t make a difference and gave me eye drops but I was in pain still. She finished my lashes and handed me over the mirror to see she’s done all 15 length and some shorter, completely different to what I had showed her. I showed a picture with the entire map explained I wanted Cat eye wispies at the beginning of my appointment and this was something different with all same length. She said she’ll remove the front and mid long lashes and replace them but to my horror I heard the scissors being used. I have been traumatised with doing my lashes and the worst second experience of my life. She wasn’t apologetic at all and didn’t care all she cared was for me to leave so she can go out. I will be attending the doctors tomorrow for my eye and going to remove these hideous lashes.

5 stars isn’t enough for the service brilliant lash artistry provides for me. The lashes are always incredible and last me 4+ weeks and the conversations I have with the lash artists always makes the appointment go by so fast. No one does doll eyes better than Denise I have got all my friends obsessed with her work no one comes close!!
