Would like to give a huge thanks to the team especially Ben!We were on a road trip from MEL to ADL and heard some weird noises from the car. The team was so kind to offer us a checking even though they were already fully booked that day. Turns out the car was unsafe to drive across states and would have been very dangerous if we have continued our trip. Want to give a shout-out to Ben who explained the major issues of the car and gave us valuable advices about what to do next!

I had a full set of tyres installed on our RCZ (and a wheel alignment) at JAX Geelong and despite some major technical issues with the computer system (which I am sure frustrated the staff) the customer service was EXCELLENT.

Vince spinello and guys at Jax Geelong did a magnificent job to my suspension on my ute any problems they rang me and discussed what to do so I was involved and knew what was going on , even showed me the work so I could take photos and made me a latte . I love their work and the level of professionalism .
