UNDER NEW MANAGEMENTI was very impressed with the service at Great Cuts Hair and Beauty(near coles)I got Colour/cut/blow dry by Jackie (the new owner) facial waxing eye brow tint by Suzanne and I felt like a new person when I left.The staff were kind efficient and listened to what I wanted.The atmosphere in the place has changed the new management have given the place a mini make over to brighten the place up and it looks great.I would definitely recommend this Salon 10+ Stars

Jackie and the team at Great Cuts ERINA are wonderful!! Always such a beautiful experience getting my hair done. They provide efficient and friendly service. They are very accomodating when needing to book in. I will continue to go to Great Cuts ERINA for all our hair needs.

I’ve had 2 cuts and colours now with Vicki. Always very satisfied with the service and attention to detail fromeveryone in this salon.They pay attention to the way they brush out knots, to the temp of the water and actually stick to the length you want to trim. Also fantastic colourists!

I had a shampoo and bob haircut. The sides were significantly uneven and poorly layered. I again went to correct the haircut. At first, another hairdresser tried to convince me that the poor hair cut is related to my actual hair and then tried to adjust the longer side without thoroughly checking the cut all the way (wet one side). Not happy with the haircut and disappointed, the opposite side is now longer.

We went at 12:30 and the lady with blue and purple hair told me to come back at 1:30 . All I wanted was a trim , we came back at 1:30 and waited outside the window for 30 minutes . They completely ignored us and they shut their doors while they were still open and let a lady through . She knew we were here for a hair cut and chose to ignore us rudely . I will NEVER be coming back here ever again it was a disgusting experience .”)
