Ordered and paid for online, waited until time for pick up only to find out it hadn't been made yet. They weren't busy, just totally incompetent. I've had enough of their rubbish pizzas anyway, overpriced and always poor service. The store looks terrible with the smashed windows that haven't been fixed. Absolute garbage. Go somewhere else. Definitely do not recommend going to Domino's Modbury, KFC is a much better option. Avoid Domino's if you expect good service.Edit: Domino's issued me a refund and a voucher which I used at a different store.

Hi,We bought pizza tonight. It was the worst pizza we had. Our guest came from India we ordered pizza we felt so embarrassed in front of them. There was no paneer on Peppe paneer pizza and very thick base with no shape.I also order simply cheese I got simply cheese without cheese and no shape.

Quick pizza, always good, never had a bad experience. You get what you pay for. Easy quick dinner, they have lots of different offers on especially if you order through the app, I like being able to see the timeline of the order being made and delivered

Bought pizza here earlier this week. They charged us $74 for a $52 order. When we questioned why it was so much the guy at the till said he can't give a receipt then worked it out on his phone and said oh yes I overcharged you $7. We persisted and said no its $50 something. Eventually the man agreed and paid $22 back in cash. He worked it all out on his mobile and never entered anything into the system. He never reprinted the receipt. When we got the original receipt with the pizza box it was priced correctly at $52. Dominoes your staff are scamming customers and pocketing the difference! Disgraceful

Bought a burger joint combo deal for $10. Expecting it to come with pickles, but it didn’t!, that’s the main reason I purchased it,, so when I quizzed the sales assistant about it, she said “ sorry we can’t get em at the moment “. She clearly knew there was none in stock but failed to inform me of this when I paid,, why wouldn’t she tell me this when I was ordering?? ,,, so go to the supermarket across the road & buy some,,, DER,,,or take down yr poster until you get some damn pickles,,,,this is blatantly miss leading, all in the name of profit mongering .I’m very disappointed & won’t be returning to this outlet,,, I feel cheated & abused now,,, in future dominos,,, if there are no pickles ???? Bloody well inform your customers so they don’t have to get ripped off by you lot !!!,,, it’s not rocket science for crying out loud !.

Brought pizza today from this store, when we open the box there was 3-4 Ants inside the box and one big Ant on the top of the receipt. That’s disgusting store is not clean even we can see the same size of ants on the floors when we go back for complaint.

Went here instead of my usual Dominos as it was closer.Ordered a pizza on the 26th of March. Took a while for them to make it, received the pizza with a big sharp piece of plastic and a 2 day expired 'use by' sticker.Dread to think what was expired in my pizza.Manager doesn't know how this happened bro

Cheaper to have cheese toastys as there is no toppings on there pizzas like the menu says. Definitely committing a crime for stealing and short changing their toppings on their pizzas.An absolute rip off and I'll never go back to a Domino's again.This pizza chain should be reported to Consumer Affairs and should not be in operation.Do stomach and wallet a favour and don't buy pizzas from there!!

Domino’s Pizza Modbury
Horrible, i paid $47 for 3 pizzas that no one ate, when i got home kids looked at it and wouldn't touch it, i got one large for $18 and 2 mini with a choice of 2 sides for $14 each (you didn't even have the sides i wanted because you were out of stock). Photo is meant to be a supreme!! If you go out of business you know ow why.
