They came to do an extended warranty check on my LG TV. They arrived within the time agreed and dealt with the issue I had efficiently... still waiting on the warranty mob with the paperwork though.

After making the initial inquiry, the electricians were on site installing our two new security lights within two days. They helped us work out the best position for the new lights. The electricians were professional and friendly. At the end, they left the areas where they worked spotless. We would definitely recommend O'Brien Electrical to anybody looking for great professional service.

Three of our HPM fans were installed a couple of years ago & now had to have capacitors replaced. O'Briens said they would check to see if HPM would replace under warranty. They were installed over 12 mths ago so I doubted they would be replaced under warranty.After only a couple of days later, O'Briens phoned to say approved!! Just had to wait for the parts & installed today. Said they would be here between 7am & 9am. Tradesman turned up at 7.15am & apologized as he was late!!!????.It would have been easy enough for Obriens just to have accepted the job & not worry about warranty request. Can't fault them in customer service & the tradesman arriving on time. Will continue to use them for any electrical work.☆☆☆☆☆☆☆☆

Great experience getting my dishwasher fixed. They kept on communication with me while ordering parts, booked in a time with me, were on time to the call-out, were always delightful to speak to and efficient to fix the problem. When the guys showed up, they were well presented, friendly and well spoken. They got on with updating my smoke alarms quickly after reconfirming my needs and cleaned up after themselves. Great service, on time, electricians were fast and did a great job with repairs. Explained how to utilise the generator switch over on the master board. Electricians took the time to explain what to do, made me confident that in emergency I could safely do the changeover! Recommend this company.
