I found just the modular lounge suite that I wanted here, at a very good price. I had very helpful service from Tyla, who went out of her way to address time frames and delivery options available.

I wish there were more stars,! My experience with the staff was exceptional, super friendly, advice was a positive experience and the service I could not ask for better. Without hesitation I would recommend to everyone, if you are looking for quality products, perfect customer service and a positive shopping experience this is the only place you need to visit.

From the moment we walked in up to the day of delivery, it was a wonderfully pleasant experience. Friendly, helpful, and good humoured staff and with a great product range.If you are looking for something different at reasonable prices, then you should definitely call in and give them a go!

Chloe at Eureka St Furniture Dubbo was so helpful in finding the item that I wanted and working out logistics and delivery to make things so easy for me! Really appreciate the excellent customer service - especially given lockdown restrictions!

Highly recommended NOT buying from Eureka street furniture it has taken me 8 nearly 9 months to receive half of my furniture after being originally ordered in the Orange branch. Evertime I called and spoke to the orange store about my order and why it hadn't arrived yet they never had a straight forward answer and always had to get back to me which they never did. I was charged x2 lots of delivery fees as they put the second half of my order into the system wrong instead of it being delivered straight to the dubbo store. Once the furniture had arrived in the Dubbo store and did get delivery both items were damaged one with coffee cup or vase stains and the other being chipped and splintered , now after the order was placed at the orange store I'd assume I'd deal with them when trying to get the damaged items replaced, NO they palmed me off to the Dubbo store because they didn't want to deal with me the after care team through head office was impossible to get onto as a customer and when they finally did contact me I was told someone will call within the next few working days and I never received a phone call or email. The customer service through the Orange branch and the after care team is disgusting and after all off that they wanted to give me a refund and not replace the furniture which didn't make sense as I already had half that style furniture in my house. Finally the replacements have turned up still damaged but no where near as bad as the first lot and I couldn't be bothered to wait 12 months to have my furniture in my house.So on that note I would like to say a MASSIVE thankyou to Tyla at the Dubbo branch she has been a saint with helping me get this sorted as no one else in the company seemed to be able to do so that women needs a pay rise or better yet a job with a nice company!!

Great furniture which reasonably priced. The main reason I have given this shop a 2 star is not because of their furniture but because of poor communication and bad customer service for clients that are frustrated with long delays with orders and how they don’t help resolve situation. I cannot fault though one of their staff named Sandy who has great customer service and willing to assist customer with their complaint. Some staff need to learn from her instead of passing on complaints to main office and also not following with customer their complaints and frustration.
