Ravi was so friendly and helpful during a bit of a stressful situation with an accident. He explained all my options to me and gave me great advice, he arrived extremely promptly and my car was dropped back to my house within an hour. He is a great asset to Ready Towing

This company is a rip off. For an aprox 5 to 7km tow they charged me in excess of $700 when, I was initially quoted $400 ovar the phone. After a minor accident It took approx 10 min to load my vehicle noting, no specialist tow or extraction of any kind was involved or needed. My vehicle was loaded straight onto the tow truck as shown in photo. At the time, I was a little shaken up and without realising ended up paying the huge amount. Only, after when I got the receipt and told all my friends and colleagues what had happened and what these guys charged I realised I was taken advantage off and exploited. I tried disputing the invoice paid. I sent multiple emails, contacted multiple times and sent photos as evidence. No management bothered to call back or even respond to my email. The repair of my damaged vehicle with labour included was cheaper than the tow by these guys. Absolutely, discusting to say the least.

Great service. I recently used their service. Tow truck driver Ravi in particular was very helpful and considerate.

Absolutely blown away by the skills of Nev today. Our car was a difficult extraction from our driveway onto the truck. His determination and experience was evident with a job well done. Highly recommend.

Most arrogant person I have ever meet. That Aaron guy needs a reality check can't talk and treat people that way. Will never use this bad company again would rather pay extra for better service 0 out of 10

Ravi was awesome. He was very helpful during a very stressful situation after accident when all of us were shaken up. He stayed with us until the cab arrived before he left to make sure we were ok as the area we were at was very isolated etc. thanks Ravi.
