Green Cube Chairs

I ordered several chairs for our small business and was wrapt with the prompt response from Matt and delivery of the chairs. Chairs are fantastic! I love supporting local businesses plus the quality and service was better than the big companies!

Highly recommended. Very knowledgeable, friendly and helpful staff who responded quickly to all requests. We got to try out samples and are very happy with the result.

Matt Dunstan the owner has absolutely no concept of returning phone calls or emails. Have been trying to get in contact with Green Cube Chairs as they provided me my desk setup and my setup has now changed and need information relating to monitor arms and mounts provided by them. Have been asking for a call back for over 6 months now with absolutely no response.I guess they have the money now so why bother with any further customer service!!Poor effort!!

Fantastic service and really happy with the chairs we received. They went above and beyond in terms of setting our staff up in the most ergonomic way possible.

Happy to see that 10 people have voted very positively, but my experience, or perhaps I should say my non-experience, has been terrible, I have been corresponding for about three months with no result. At first my email went lost in their spam, then they asked for a detailed drawing of the desk I needed, which I did, and then there was a sequence of emails, phone calls and messages. They said that they could not get their desk tops' manufacturer to provide some tops so that I could choose, but this went on for a very long time, and at the end they did not even bother to respond. I have to make this very clear: I sent only very few emails, always very kind and accommodating, even asking them to let me clearly know if they were unable to proceed, but nothing... A great waste of time and I warn any potential customer of the possibility that this can happen again.
