I was not impressed with the chicken burger I ordered, the patty felt dry. However the onion rings were very good, well-seasoned and had a good crunch to it with aioli to boot.

Deadset one of the best burgers I’ve ever had, definitely worth stopping in for lunch. (i got the wildfire burger)Yes it is expensive but if you want a cheap burger go to hungry jacks,Quality food, prepared well.

Absolutely amazing brisket burger. The taste of the meat is absolutely amazing it took me back to when I was in Texas. The best tasting meat and burger I have had.. Please do not change!If anyone wants to eat food traditional US BBQ in Australia then this is a must try place! Loved it.

Always a pleasure. Sitting with mates. Having some brisket. The girls will look after you with what they can and there's shade and seating. Not currently licenced (for beers) but I hear they are working on it.

The brisket is unsurprisingly amazing but the highlight for us was the southern chicken. Best Chook burger I’ve ever eaten, highly rare and will be back.

For the price I was expecting the best burger of my lifeWhat I received was quite dry and a bit chewy brisket that resembled corned beef with no depth of flavour The slaw was very basic like you’d get at kfc and just a cold slice of cheese on the burger.Not a terrible burger but very disappointing

We only stopped in for mid week lunch, but I look forward to a weekend or evening visit, as I think the atmosphere would be awesome particularly with the bar open. The setup has a great industrial vibe with food served from vans. It is not a cheap feed, but I'm happy to pay the price for tasty food.

Pros: Pulled pork burger was really good, tasty smoky flavours. Great spot for lunch with nice seating area.Cons: Food is a bit expensive with quite a long wait, didn't have tacos available and the burger was luke warm.
