We bought a base and mattress in November of 2021 from snooze aspley and took delivery in February of 2022, unfortunately within a month one of the storage doors on our bedhead broke. We've been trying since march of 2022 to get this resolved, someone came out in june of 2022 to fix it however he didn't have the correct part and left without anything being fixed. Which we notified them of this many times and still in January of 2023 we still don't have this resolved. We sent an email laat week Its the same response every time with them saying supplier issues. Surely it doesn't take 10 months to get replacement storage doors. Really poor and disappointing service. Have contacted the office of fair trade

Bought 2 x children's beds from Snooze Aspley, Ben was great to deal with, knowledgeable, friendly and happy to work in with our needs. I followed up a week later to confirm the mattresses would be delivered on the date promised, Ben was again friendly and accommodating on the phone and quickly confirmed everything was on schedule. Mattresses arrived as promised, delivery team were really friendly. Overall a great experience.

This has been a disappointing experience,and it baffles me how truly difficult it is,to deliver the correct product the first time.I ordered a headboard and base package,on the 23rd of June. The base was in stock,but the headboard was not.The bases were delivered within the week,however, they were two different colours.Snooze organised to have new ones made,that would be redelivered once complete.The drivers that brought the new bases over,queried why parts that attach to the base,to keep the two pieces from separating,were not installed, during the removal of it,to which I could not respond.The original drivers just did not do this,and did not provide me with a reason.The headboard had finally arrived in stock,and was delivered on the 1st of August,however, again, it was not what I had ordered.The warehouse has since returned my call,and has arranged delivery for the correct one,but I am extremely disappointed regardless.For one product, delivered in two instalments,I had to make myself available, and at home,for the delivery and removal of the products,FOUR times. The parts for the bed bases,were also not originally installed, or supplied,which would have become an issue for me,had they delivered the correct bases initially.I am requesting some form of compensation,for the headache this purchase has caused,and hope a response will be provided ASAP.

Terrible customer service and after sale support. Bought a Sealy from Snooze Aspley in 2016. Became unsleepable due to significant dipping in the mattress causing terrible back pain. Sealy repaired it under the 10 years manufacturer warranty in December 2018. Still faulty, Sealy replaced it. 2 months later the new bed had significant dipping (30mm) and was also unsleepable. Sealy repaired it however same problem occurred. At that point I asked the store for a refund as there had been ample opportunity to rectify the issue with a repair, a replacement, and another repair, and still left with a faulty bed. The store manager Natasha told me I needed to have Sealy come out yet again, which I arranged (along with yet another day off work). Sealy deemed it to be a manufacture warranty claim, and issued me paper work stating as such. I contacted Natasha from Snooze to tell her Sealy has deemed it a warranty claim and I want my money back and the bed taken away. Natasha has been extremely rude and dismissive, not returning calls when she says she will, telling lies and is clearly trying to avoid giving me a refund. I will be following up with ACCC to get my money back. Don't buy from this shop and don't buy a Sealy!

Staff were brilliant to deal with. I changed my mind on a product I had ordered and they were my than accommodating in helping change the product. They also included a promotional discount difference which had occured after my initial purchase.

I purchased a bedroom suite for my Granddaughter the Pairs, they replaced the bed twice then the dressing table came which was terrible quality none of the drawers sat flush they were twisted and big gaps in the joins, I was told by the owner well that is just how furniture is. After waiting almost 8 weeks for all the furniture it was all sent back which left my Granddaughter sleeping on the floor. Took them a week to refund me $2083 and that was on sale, don't buy the Pairs try to find Australian made it is worth the money.

We were happy when we bought our bed but today they came to deliver the bed and it was just an awful experience. They were running as if it was a competition and they did not take any care about anything. They just wanted the money, because you have to pay $110 cash for this awful customer service.
