Poor communication.Will tell he will call you back but wont.Then when you organise another cab because my young family was stranded, (unknowingly taxi company is linked with Diamond service) received a call back with a very rude and abusive operator telling me where to go as I have phoned around.Would not recommend.

Rocky and the team are brilliant. Rocky has gotten me to the airport and taken my family to a range of places countless times. He is reliable, professional and friendly. I highly recommend him.
