Showed up on time at my mates place and did a great job. A nice guy too.

We hired Aaron to do garden job (mulching, weeding and mowing) from our local community group. Me and my husband without any questions agreed to pay $$$ he quoted for the job. I paid him in full $$$ cash on first day of the job, he did not finish the job (left rubbish/green waste from hedging outside our property on council land, did not mow front yard when we had specifically paid him extra $$ for mowing included in cash payment, only laid half mulch in yard saying its too much of mulch when we have always since years ordered same qty of mulch for our yard). After several messages and follow ups on fb messenger asking him to come and pick up green waste sitting on council land for more than 3 days so as we dont get fined by council, he turned up and picked up only half of green waste. After which sends me a message saying he has picked up decent amout of waste he could and will not return to my property to do any further works for paid amount. It was a shocker how unprofessional and not the way to treat your customers when especially they trust you and paid you in full. He has no trailer and tried stuffing his SUV with waste generated after hedging (half lawn mowed only and he dumped into our green waste bin) and refused to come back to do remaing job (clear remaining green waste and mow front yard), where in this case the green waste generated was probably not even a trailer run to the tip. They should gauge a job before accepting it and taking money. Asked him to either finish the job or pay me back decent amout for works not done and he blocked me on fb messenger. Highly unprofessional and with my experience we got cheated with business not compeleting the job but took all payment in cash away saying he did enough for payment, when he initially quoted for the job and we accepted it $$$.If you are taking a job in hand then its your responsibility to have resources to perform the job is such a way to provide good customer service (but they had no trailer to pick green waste generated from the job, borrowed our ladder and wheel barrow to pick mulch etc.)Will not recommend this business to anyone, as my husband ended up doing the remaining unfinished job for which we already paid Aaron.Instead should have hired a recommended business like Jim's Mowing who we can trust, but wanted to help a local in community who at the end did unfair and injustice to us and our money paid and trust.

Thankyou so much Aaron for always going an excellent, tidy job of our lawns (and those palms). You've been so pleasant and have such a 'no worries' attitude, nothing is too much trouble! So happy to recommend you to anyone :)
