What is going on guys? I asked for a double whopper and you give me this. No lettuce, onion, cheese etc. Like how hard is it to make such a simple burger. It wasnt even busy and you have like 5+ team members working, come on. Just disappointing.

Teach your staff some manners and social skills, managers are no better either. Try spending less time conversing between yourselves about your personal lives and giggling and more time making the correct food and learning to deal with customers.

Got my dins dins on stauray night. I usually hate fast food, but I must say, for an elderly woman, getting high quality food for a cheep price is an oddity I haven't experienced since world war 2. My husband died fighting for the ANZACS, and I have been sad ever since, but this lovely lil lady Caitlin made me smile for the fist time in decades. yippiee

Love hungry jacks food. But they don't seem to be putting much effort into training these days. Multiple staff ignore you and 3 staff to serve one pushy uber eats guy whilst Multiple other people are ahead in queue... disappointed.The burgers are still definitely better though.

Not only did we have to wait over 7 minutes in a drive thru with only one other customer. Hot coffee came in a cold drink cup and food was just thrown together with half a bottle of sauce

Garbag! Never can get a thick shake, got a burger with all mustard for sauce and end of a tomato on my sons wopper jnr, absolutely appalling.......update this is what they call a chease burger meal, i didnt even order nuggets but it had random nuggets and chips in bag no wrapping, i don't know what that burger was but it was not even fit to eat, when i went in and complained the long red hairded manager couldn't even speak properly, what a joke i will never eat here again, got my money back and went to KFC

Me and a mate were eating in the outdoor seating at around 9:30pm before we were asked by the staff to eat somewhere else in the restaurant because they like to get out on time" and "they've already cleaned" which was weird considering we were nearly finished so they would have had to clean anyway. Then today I used the drivethru and didn't notice untill I got home that they forgot my nuggets. This place used to be great now it's never a good experience"

waited 20 minutes in the drive through for our food, finally got it and the chips didn’t have any salt on them even though we spoke to a girl and assured us that there was extra salt. and then also forgot our chicken nuggets as well. still therefore waited for another 10 minutes for our extra food. wont be coming back
