horrendous service. They sold an electrocnic device for $397, 2 days after they sold product turned out to be faulty but they shamelessly refused to tak e product back. During the purchase they had mentioned If the product has any faults feel free to pop in to store for return". Have filed complaint with consumer Victoria"

I’m from rural NE Victoria & after seeing my specialist on a Friday afternoon, put my script in with this pharmacy. I completely forgot until 3 minutes to 7pm that I didn’t pick up my much needed medications. The pharmacist not only picked up the phone- they’d been closed since 5:30- but he waited 15 minutes for me to get there to pick them up before the long drive home. I was so relieved and grateful. Thanks and much gratitude.

I have picked up scripts a few times here after visiting my specialist. They even handed my five pages of information with l medication recently picked up (without being asked) which meant I was much better informed about what I was taking. I also needed a new receipt for insurance and when I rang to inquire about getting one they emailed it to me within 10 minutes (which saved me a trip across town) and even took the time to ask how the medication was going. Excellent service.

I came to return an item unused but as it exceeded their 7 day return policy they wouldn’t accept it. I understand it’s their policy but it’s disappointing none the less give the item was over $90.
