Snap Fitness 24/7 West End

I've not spent much time in gyms in my life but after getting over the initial discomfort I've found Snap West End to be a friendly supportive place. The manager Karel keeps it spotlessly clean and is always there to help and answer questions. And Jemoein the personal trainer has done a great job of inspiring me to exercise more. He listens well and uses his knowledge and experience to adjust the exercises so this creaky old body isn't injured. I'm feeling fitter and stronger than I did when I started a year ago which is good for both mind and body.

I’ve been a member at Snap Fitness West End for 3 years now. Karel and Jemoein are by far the best and friendliest staff I’ve ever met in my 10 years of being a Snap member. Gym is always clean and has a super welcoming atmosphere.Highly recommend if you’re looking for a gym in West End to feel comfortable in.

After signing up I was spammed with texts and calls. I opted out of the texts but was still repetitively called even though I hung up instantly every time. I just want to see the price of membership but they try to get you to sign up. The pricing is ridiculous and not competitive with other gyms.

Feel very warm and welcomed when I enter the gym followed by a super friendly environment. Have met a lot of new friends and become super good friends with the personal trainer Jemoein :)

I have not used this gym but the website requires inputting personal contact details in order for you to check the membership options. I've probably received at least once a week for the past month a call asking if I'm still looking for a gym. Very annoying business practice.

I applied for cancellation of membership in the store on 4/8/2022. The staff helped me send an email to their email address on my mobile phone. However, since I saw that snap has been withholding my money from me in the bank consumption record, I sent emails to ask whether my membership has been cancelled in the three days of 4/8/2022, 27/9/2022 and 25/11/2022. However, there was no reply. Finally, snap western deducted my membership fee of $281.2. It was a terrible experience. The shop assistant didn't admit that they received my email and refused to refund. Snap westend is really terrible.

Out of all the public gyms in west end (and I've been a member at all of them at one stage or another) I have to say that this snap fitness is by far the most enjoyable gym to train at, good vibes, good people and a real welcoming atmosphere whether you're a beginner, intermediate or expert lifter. The gym manager Karel always puts a smile on my face every time I walk through the door and has a very personable approach. If you're looking for a place to train where you are always welcome no matter what stage of training you're currently at then I highly recommend this gym, no egos just a bunch of good people looking to become the best versions of themselves with no judgement in a welcoming environment.

As an NDIS support worker, Snap Fitness west end has done an amazing job of including NDIS clients and helping them feel comfortable and accepted in the gym environment. The personal and physical growth to see the clients achieve is amazing. Definitely recommend for other NDIS clients.

I have been attending Snap Westend for just shy of a year. Extremely grateful to the Manager and Personal Trainer at Snap who every visit provide a welcoming, clean, positive, professional space to workout! Thanks Karel and crew!
