My Chiq fridge (under warranty) had a problem with the baffle in the freezer, the freezer would overfreeze, blocking the conduit with ice, and no cold air would flow into the fridge. The gentlemen was very professional, called 15min before arriving, brought a towel to wipe his working shoes and put his tools on when working to minimise dirting the floor (so thoughtful!). He quickly diagnosed the problem and promptly fixed it. Just amazing. Thank you!

I gave them a call 8.05am today and now 9.20am their person just left my home and my washing machine is fixed. I have 3 kids and loooooads to wash, these guys are lifesavers! Thank you :)

Company sends technician for fridge repair at 7am in the morning with 5 minutes warning and when challenged matters escalate.Clearly nobody tries to understand client needs and is only interested running the show for optimal efficiency and self interest.

I’ve just had the pleasure of having Andrew, from Suncoast Appliance Services attend my house to repair an oven which had an issue with the door release.Andrew was friendly and arrived when he said he was going to. His experience and knowledge showed when he was able to very quickly diagnose and repair the fault without hesitation. This gave me complete confidence in his work.

A Big thumbs up to this business , The technician (I think his name was Jack) Rang before coming and turned up on time , I had only rung the business the day before and the staff member did all he could to get him out to me , and I got next day service. The technician knew exactly what he was doing and explained why the problem had happened and what I should do to avoid it happening again. Price charged was exactly as quoted. I wish more Sunshine Coast business's were run this way. I would have no hesitation in recommending and using Sunshine Appliances Services again, Well done team.

Excellent customer service over the phone to trouble shoot the issue and make sure they had the parts for the dishwasher repair. Repaired while I was at work, emailed invoice, didn’t get bothered with any phone calls. Cheap and easy. 10/10

Suncoast Appliance Service is a pleasure to do business with. Our washing machine failed a week before Christmas. Sent an email explaining my situation and Darren reached out to me by phone, he was professional and up front to deal with in all aspects. He arranged a technian and we agreed on a time that suited me to repair my washing machine that for no reason stopped working one day.
