Fantastic overall pilates experience! As a first timer to pilates I found the whole experience excellent. Studio location (close to parking) and studio space is excellent. Studio is well designed, good layout, including full length mirrors (help with keeping correct form). Equipment is very clean and well maintained, and good studio temperature. Instructors are great! Instructors communicate well, build a good rapport with clients and make the classes enjoyable. Classes are a great workout and level can be adjusted to suit capabilities. Would highly recommend starting with five classes introduction offer (noticeable results after 2-3 weeks).
