Usual sales pitch, all chummy and nice. Made the sale, we purchased the high end Mattress and were given THREE days to try it where we could swap if needed, who can test a mattress in THREE days. Had minor aches which we assumed was from getting used to a new Mattress. Now both myself and wife wake up with aching lower backs and hips, plus shoulders, bad choice by us, but absolutely no assistance from the salesman, who naturally has the same mattress himself as well as the boss, yeah right! Even overtly ushered me out of the store when some new poor purchasers came in.Unfortunately we had already recommended them to our parents who purchased a mattress as well.

Excellent comfortable matresses. Alan really knows his stuff with beds. Julian was excellent with the delivery and removed my old mattress no problems. Would deal with them again.

Bought a Slumbercare mattress and it sagged terribly after a year. These guys are just distributors who accept no responsibility for what they're selling.

The seller is nice but the company is unprofessional. The mattresses are expensive comparing to other and quality is poor
