Poor tax return and most overly expensive accountant I have ever been to. I was told the cost of doing the tax return would be a certain amount which I agreed to but was still shocked at cost, to my surprise I was offered a discount which I was quite pleased about. But when I got my actually return back the cost was more then I was originally told. I rang and explained I thought they had a made a mistake but was told no they didn't the cost was taxes, fees etc. I feel this was very misleading and dishonest. They also somehow managed to get me the worst return any accountant had ever done for me before but it's the misleading fees that I found the most concerning. I will never go back!!
