Last weekend (04/06/23 approx 11am) I took my 8yo daughter for a blunt fringe trim. I have regularly taken her here for this service in the past and always been happy with the outcome. This time I also requested to have about 2 inches chopped off the bottom of her length.The person who cut her hair only took about 1cm off the bottom then proceeded to cut her straight fringe along the shape of her eyebrows so now it's completely crooked. I then paid $42 for this experience. After seeing the way she cut her fringe, I just wanted to get out of there and not let her cut anymore. Sad to say but I won't be taking her there anymore.

To say I’m disgusted is an UNDERSTATEMENT! Took my 16m old in for a very tiny trim, being his second hair cut. Asked for a touch off the fringe, sides and back. The hairdresser today (23.04) cut right into his hair up on the side. I ended up in tears, shaking from anger with how horribly she cut into his hair. We walked away with him with hair cut way too high above his ears, he looks completely ridiculous now. I refused to pay for such a horrible cut. She didn’t even touch his fringe, so walked away with the main problem not even fixed! I will never have a nice thing to say about this salon, ever. I cannot believe this person is classed as a qualified hairdresser.EDITED TO THE COMPANY RESPONSE: Who would even consider a second chance after an awful experience? I read other reviews after writing the original review and identified similar feedback on the same hairdresser by description. I hope you honestly performance manage her for her HORRID attitude. She told me to ‘grow up’. I went for a professional service and received the pitiful and disgusting opposite. Shame on you, Just Cuts, for having this hairdresser continue employment after so many negative reviews.

Absolutely disgusting. I just wanted my fringe a bit cut because it was in my eyes. Just to find out half of it is gone. She even started getting ready to my cut my hair and I never asked her to cut my hair. I want a refund on my look. Don't trust this place. I have been crying for 2 hours because it was ugly. I have a big dinner tomorrow too and now its ruined.

Today I went first time and definitely not going again, I have asked layered cut show photo as well and asked twice to reduce length, she started cutting hair remind again to reduce length , still she did not reduce hair length only trim hair also doen not look like layered a all.

Took both my kids in for a haircut with their grandmother who is visiting from overseas. Grandmother was standing back out of the way taking a photo of my children, one of them having their first haircut and the hairdresser stopped and rudely told her to stop taking pictures while she was cutting hair. She wasn't in her way, wasn't getting her in the images, she just wanted a photo of her grandson. Kids haircuts can be an occasion for parents and family, so if you don't want photos taken maybe don't cut kids' hair or have a sign up if you're going to be miserable like that. The cost is a lot for a bad haircut and bad attitude.

I came in on Saturday and popped my name in the que 4 others behind me then popped their name in too, somehow those 4 went before me. When I was paired with an Asian girl with very short blondish hair (don’t know her name) I asked her to trim the split ends, do some subtle framing and some thinning as my hair is quite thick. She then proceeded to just hack away at my hair way too quickly and gave me the most butchered hair cut. I was in tears she kept trying to fix it but just made it worse and kept taking more hair off. I then had another lady (I think her name was Mel) attempt to fix it but all that could be done was to try and feather it and take more off. I still pid! no offer of free service considering she did the complete opposite of what I wanted. I went back 2 days later and asked for a refund which I received however it doesn’t make up for what I’m left with! after straightening my hair I can see how bad it really is! Half my hair now falls out when I tie it back and I look like a toddler has cut my hair with kitchen scissors. I would recommended avoiding the short haired blonde Asian girl. Pair with Mel or the Spanish girl if you’d like nice subtle framing done.

Just someone who knows how to cut hair would be good. The lady that used to be there was great. Is it that hard to find a qualified hairdresser. 34 Bucks for a kids haircut isn't cheap and if your paying that much you expect someone professional

Charged my partner $51 for my 8 year old to have her hair shampooed and conditioned cos she was grumpy we came in for our booking 20mins after the text alert. Tried to turn us away until I said that's not right. Unfortunately I left so didn't get the chance to query $51 for a child's hair cut. Sticking to the Helensvale branch from now on.

I am absolutely gutted! I brought my daughter in for a trim and asked the lady to give my daughter some CURTAIN bangs, explained to her what I was wanting and she nodded and said yes as if she understood, I said awesome and trusted her with my daughters hair I then proceeded to sit on the seat and wait because I didn’t think I needed to stand there and coach her through it..after all, she is the hairdresser not me, she finally finished, turned her around to show me and I was absolutely broken! She has given my daughter ‘BABY BANGS’ (if you don’t know what that is google it, very different from CURTAIN BANGS) I didn’t have it in me to say anything at the time I was so upset, and I’m not a confrontational person, but I also didn’t want her to try rectify the problem and make it even worse, and to top it off it cost me $30.

Don’t know where the regular staff are gone but I won’t be going back after today. When checked in at the self check in tablet I requested wash to be included, request was ignored. Just cut chunks from hair, didn’t section, didn’t even ask where I part my hair. Hair cut completed in less than 10 minutes….completely uneven, looks terribleMy 9 year old would have done a better job.$42 for a terrible cut but tried to charge me more until I questioned it.
