Long wait, problem of older woman not understanding English, unfriendly but good nail job. Heels not scrubbed at the back.

In the past I’ve had good experiences here, the ladies are always lovely. But I went and got French tips for my formal, had someone I don’t usually get, was a male. He was rough with the filer, I was practically almost crying in agony. Wasn’t careful at all and when he finished with my thumb which has torn skin and red irritated skin, he continued to do the same with the rest and then went back to the same thumb twice after. Even more painful the second time and again the third time. It was brutal. They’re too long, I asked for short even showed him how short. And they do a massage after finishing nails after watching my mother next to me have hers softly and calmly massaged I was excited. But he even more brutally than he did my nails, rubbed and yanked at my arm, not careful at all nor pleasant, I could even hear my wrist and fingers cracking. Was not ideal. I recommended asking for one of the ladies, cause I’ve always have better experiences with them. He didn’t seem to know what he was doing.

A lovely lady named Le done shellac acrylics on me today and it was amazing! very clean store, nice staff, reasonable prices. It was my first time getting my nails done so i was asking a fair few questions and they were more than happy to help me and answer all my questions. $70 for shellac acrylics done in under 40 mins, i cannot complain! will be coming back, thank you Le!

Excellent service, the staff really know their job

I've been here a few times now and I keep coming back. Everyone is lovely. It's very clean ad I often switch up my nail shapes and colours and I've always been really happy. The prices are really fair and I've always managed to get an appointment as a walk in. If they couldn't get me in they will tell me to come back in 15 minutes. There was only 1 time I was the teeniest dissatisfied and it was a man who did my fingernails and he didn't wipe the underneath of my nail so I had this huge build up of product between my fingernail and skin, it felt odd. But that's if I'm being really really picky. He did do an amazing job on my pedicure though. Oh, and another annoyance.is that they tale cash only, which really drives me nuts, but I did see a sign today saying $20 minimum for eftpos"

I have been going here for a few years now and will not go anywhere else. Le and her team are absolutely amazing, talented, friendly, respectful, and always remember their customers. No request is too hard and they endeavour to please you, the customer. Everyone is part of the family, a forever extending one at that! Give them a go. Had high expectations for this service but was thoroughly disappointed. The SNS I received was very uneven - like very obvious - and looks like a home job. No respect for my cuticles - I have cuts and left bleeding. My nails hurt. Felt rushed and not very welcomed. Also didn’t feel very sanitary and was very close to the other customers in the store. Will not be going back.

Mens Mani and Pedi - no polish - $55. Are you joking. It wasn’t even done to any standard someone would be happy with. I guess because I’m a guy who doesn’t know better then it doesn’t matter, hey. Disgusted.

The last two times I had my nails done I got the same technician, a blonde Vietnamese lady who was rough to the point of grinding through my cuticles with the drill bit. Last time she drew blood on 4 different fingers & caused scabs which lasted about a week. She then put acetone or something really painful in the cuts, and reefed my hand back when I tried to pull away. I went in yesterday to complain & to get my nails fixed because on top of hurting me quite a lot she did a really poor job - my hair was catching under the nails at the base, and two nails came off inside of a week. They charged me $20 for the privilege. I tried to tell them I thought they were replacing them, they told me to come back in 40 minutes. I didn’t have time so I came back today, and spent half an hour waiting after I explained the situation & said I’d normally just be getting infills. They offered to do a full set for $30 (so it would be $50 for my infills instead of $45, but I was ok with that). Then they tried to bump that up another $10 when I picked my regular colour because it’s shellac. You can either be greedy, or you can do a bad job. Not both.
