Great energy in this store. Staff is always passionate and helpful. The place is just a bit small. Most of what they sell can be bought and delivered immediately online. More loot and PC parts would be good.

I went to EB to buy a Nintendo switch and games for my brother who’s hospital. Alice helped me understand the products. She was genuine and very knowledgeable. Myself and the wife came to the store today looking to purchase some PS4 games. Then were soon greeted by a staff name Alice where she wasnt pushy or on your face but she did acknowledge us in a friendly manner and offered us some assistance. Best thing that we said yes because she was a full of knowledge, friendly and able to tailored few games to us based on our interest. The process and journey was seamless and fun!
