Justine is honestly amazing. She cares, she understands and goes above and beyond to help im any way. After speaking to Justine I haven't had to contact her about sleep anymore as what she suggested worked. Which sucks as she was so lovely to deal with.

We used Justine when Bub was about 3 months old. Justine was so understanding and supportive and had such a gentle approach when supporting Bub with sleep. She taught us all the important foundations of sleep and we now have a happy baby who sleeps and naps so well! Could not recommend Justine enough! :)

Not only that but her Finding Family Joy Membership is so unique and extends far beyond just tips and tricks on parenting but rather focuses on parents as individuals, as a couple and the family unit as a whole and delves into looking after everyone's well-being too! I came looking for advice on how to help my little one sleep better and I have come out with so much more! As a first time parent, Justine and Safe and Sound Parenting is such a great resource and program to have. You couldn't ask for anything better!

Justine was so supportive with Teaching my Husband and I about sleeping techniques. As new parents, Justine helped us by using different approaches, however Justine is a strong believer in not using 'Cry it out' approach. Because of Justine's techniques and approaches, our son started sleeping 12 hours. Justine was always approachable and understanding. I would highly recommend Justine to support you and your child!

Safe and Sound Parenting is such an amazing resource as a parent. Justine has such a wonderful program and the membership is second to none. Justine always goes above and beyond for her clients and members and is constantly looking at new ways to help the community. Finding family joy the membership has given us as a family so many new learning opportunities and I’m so so happy we joined! The members are also an incredible support. Justine has also helped us massively with our daughters sleep. Couldn’t thank her enough and couldn’t recommend her more highly! Best money ever spent!
