Massive false advertising!!!!!I went in to buy two tool boxes advertised on the Mitre 10 website for $89 each. As I took them to the check out to pay for the items they told me the tool boxes were $110 each.They then tried to explain to me with a sense of smug arrogance that they can't match the online price even though they are a mitre 10 store.Very rude, will not shop there again and encourage others not to if they are just ripping people off. All I just trying to do was support a local business.At least at Bunnings they sell their products at their advertised price.

Don't normally review hardware stores lol but have to let yo know you have a gem there. Craig was his name. So helpful and polite. I had no idea about paint stuff and he expertly sorted it out for me.mthanks Craig.

Last 6 visits for different items has resulted in no purchases. Out of Stock shelves, poor staff experiences. This occurs at both Moss Vale and Mittagong stores. I always end up having to go to Bunnings whic is so out of the way. At least they have stock!

Ok the staff are good and i do like the store. But as a tradie opening up at 7am is not ok for me and more then likely other tradies as we start work at 6:30/7am. So if I need to get something on my way to work I have to go to bunnings which is out of my way.Just open up at 6:30 even I think you would profit a bit more and get more tradies in the store.

Haven't been here for a few years, the bathroom showroom is very impressive staffed by excellent consultants, if you need a new bathroom or kitchen in the Southern Highlands this showroom is a must visit

So I arrive in the store & go to the service desk & I am left waiting & waiting with no acknowledgement of my presence “customer!” The man looks up but does not speak, so I ask where I can find the item I’m look for & he sends me to an area that the item is not kept. No customer service at all! Since this store has changed hands the staff employed here are rude, abrupt & disinterested unless you’re a tradie. This is not the first time I’ve encountered this unfriendly service but I assure you it’s the LAST!

Very tidy and clean. Staff were very helpfull and helped us carry the goods to the car and also helped putting the goods in the back of the car. Staff went out of their way to help us. Plenty of parking. Overall a very pleasent expetience.

My previous review was 5 months ago and my latest experience is far more recent. Normally the service is great, however, yesterday was dreadful and profiteering in nature. I would not shop here again. Being a novice, the staff member tried to insist I spend $200 extra for things I know I did not need. Proof? I rang the manufacturer who said I was correct. I will save myself a lot of money by never shopping here again. Thieves.
