Revamp Hair & Beauty

Most condescending hair dressing experience I’ve had. I had my hair cut by lauren last week. Right from the start of the appointment her conversation was short and quite snappy. I mentioned I cut my own fringe (because I’ve had bad experiences before) and she brushed my fringe forward and said “yeah I can tell, it’s very uneven” while smirking her face. This is an example of the types of snide comments that continued for the rest of my appointment. I contemplated writing this review if the cut was good, but in short it’s not. The length is the only thing she got right. I asked for long blended layers and I got a hack job to be quite honest. I’ve had Grace do my blond colour in the past and she was lovely and did a great job. This experience with Lauren was so bad, unfortunately I won’t be back. I’m not sure if it was because I am youthful looking and successful woman she felt threatened??

Cannot recommend Jude highly enough!! I had a Keratin treatment done with her and my hair looks fabulous. Such a great experience too, what a lovely day with a lovely lady!!

I highly recommend this salon, professional, great stylists. Lots of services, nails/hair. Lauren is my hairdresser and has been for many years. Always up for friendly chatter and laughs.I did however notice that a women who didn't name herself just posted as Anonymous" put a negative review up.I found it the oddest review

Love Lauren. New to the area so had to find a new hairdresser & Revamp was recommended to me by a friend. So pleased. She is an amazing colourist. She has performed magic on my crazy curls & corrected my colour issues and I now sport a lovely creamy blonde and receive many compliments after each visit. I'm hooked. No one else for me. She also does my daughter & her partners hair too.

I would highly recommend Revamp Hair and Beauty!. I had a 5 star experience with this business, including through my dealings with the staff and the outcome of my appointment. I booked in to get my hair coloured (balayage) and couldn't be happier with result. I will definitely become a regular at this salon and look forward to experiening many more of the services that they offer/provide. Thanks!
