Outstanding service the ladies serving couldn't be nicer. They spent the time to show me how to change the filters. Very patient & lovely to deal with. They have a customer for life in me. Everywhere just seemed to confuse rather than help.10/10 for the water shop. And easy parking available.

Showed up after they were closed yet the lady there opened up and served me. She was very helpful and put in a lot of effort even though it was after hours.Has everything you need for water filter plus much more. Has off street parking which is also very helpful.

I made my initial enquiry for a filter on the phone where the staff were very helpful. The next day I visited the shop in Stanmore and received the information I needed with excellent service.We spent approximately 30 minutes in the store where I purchased the reverse osmosis under the sink filter. My main goal was to remove as much of the impurities in our drinking water as possible, especially the fluoride.I highly recommend Graeme and his team. I found this wonderful shop while browsing online for a decent water filter. Sue is kind enough to explain patiently the differences between different water filters and how to maintain them. Finally we got a Fluoride and Duolton Water filter. Excellent customer service. The water filter is pretty easy to install at home. Good idea to install one at home.
