My friends and I came through drive thru and the worker on the window where you paid was obviously annoyed with us talking to them, put the finger up at us as we were driving away.This was so rude and unnecessary.

The food was poorly made, looked like someone had bitten the apple pie and had been cooked for a while as cold and soft. The frappes where made without ice in one and barely any in the other.

Went in to see my daughter who just got a job, and staff tried to call police on me and my wife,because that Aboriginal couple looks suss! Daughter quit the job after 1 shift. Focus on the food next time!

Service was quick but fries were lukewarm. Burger was ok. Staff were friendly. Toilets needed attention.

Isn't it time they hire kids in the kitchen there that aren't blind or have an IQ in double digits, or both?Exhibit A (attached), I believe is meant to be a McMuffin, it looks however, as though they scooped up some scraps into a box

This morning I put my order through on the app and went to drive thru to he told they aren’t taking orders at this time because they are doing maintenance to system, understandable but this has happened 4 times at the same time every morning (2:30am). Told me they can’t process my order because of the system being updated with sales etc. I asked why it’s happened 4 times then to be past on to another young girl, who then couldn’t tell me why the car infront of me got a order, (they are known for letting old staff in at this time and letting them order but anyone that hasn’t worked there can’t) I asked why are you 24/7 then and they replied they are and I argued well take my order (only a coffee), they said no we can’t take your order for another hour. this went back and forth put me on to a man who told me they do system updates everyday from 1-3 am and it take 30mins-hour as I said they you need to promote you do this as you are then technically not 24/7 which he told me they are, I ended up driving off as I was late for work, really upsetting as I know the male worker is a great coffee maker, I have never complained about anything ever in my life, just wanted to put this out hoping it reaches the right people who will avoid this place at this time to save them the same issue

Just ordered breakfast from thereThey completely stuffed up the order, gave us 3 servings of pancakes which we were charged for instead of 1 serving. Went to eat one of thr pancakes and it was completely stale.

Waited in the drive through while they served 2 other cars next to me. When they finally started serving me the young girl was rude and was unable to get my order right for the next 5 mins. Had to pull up to the window to fix this. When we went to collect the food I drove off not realising that my iced coffee was the wrong milk but though it a waste of time if I return it. Horrible service and always gets the order wrong, something needs to be fixed at this Maccas

Worst McDonald on the Coast. Sick of being parked nearly every time I use drive through the staff are so rude. I've only encountered one nice person. Went through drive through today told the girl I couldn't reach efpos machine she just looked at me. Ended up dropping my card in the drive through and apparently this was funny. Fed up with this Maccas
