Considering there is a shortage of quality mechanics who specialise on European vehicles out in the Western Suburbs, I was very pleased to see that this would no longer be the case. I recently serviced my vehicle here and raised some concerns regarding a slow coolant leak on my E71 X6. Sven and his team were extremely efficient and managed to diagnose and fix the problem. Not only did they diagnose and fix the issue but they offered complete transparency on what works needed to be undertaken and why, in reference to my concerns. Overall, an excellent experience which is usually not the case at the mechanics. I highly recommend BM Techniker for all your European model needs and I will be sure to use them again in the future.Ps. BM Techniker also provided me with a courtesy loan car for the day as it was not booked out. Very thoughtful business with excellent customer service.

I found BM Techniker on Google when looking for a local mechanic to service my Mini Cooper S in west. It was too troublesome for me to take time off work and drive into the city for each service. I highly recommended BM Techniker as Sven and Harry were very helpful and approachable. Car loan was booked out but BM Techniker offered a drop off and pick up service due to the close promixity of my house to the workshop. Thanks Harry!Sven contacted me to run down what needed attention / fixed in addition to my annual car service. Due to the number of items which needed to be addressed, Sven recommended what needed to be done first and then leave the non-urgent items until the next service. My car was also washed/cleaned when it was picked up (thank you). Came across this local business who provided me with a dealership service without the dealership price tag. i was quite impressed with the followup courtesy call 3 days later a loan car whilst my car was getting serviced, a comprehensive report and no pressure in getting things done and not to mention a complementary car wash.Saved me the trouble going to the city and all this for half the cost from what the dealership had quoted me.
