Worst customer service I have ever experienced!My doctor prescribed me with a cough linctus toward the end of my bout with bronchitis. A year later I was experiencing a dry cough due to hay fever season. The sneezing eventually morphed into a painful dry and itchy cough. I returned to my doctor to request a prescription for this medicine and he advised me I could ask for it over the counter. It was a Sunday so I had no choice but to go to this pharmacy being the only one open close to home and the Asian lady behind the counter treated me like a junkie addict! I am 37 years old! I work full time and don’t even abuse Panadol let alone a cough medicine! She was rude, dismissive and ultimately refused to sell me the medicine. I walked out of there feeling judged and humiliated. Every other time I’ve been there the staff have been quite pleasant but this Asian woman was horrendous and condescending. Why on earth would a doctor recommend this if I didn’t genuinely need it? I’ve lived in this area my entire life. I’d understand if I was in there frequently asking for this medicine but I’m not. I have an important job and can’t afford to be abusing drugs yet was treated like some kind of heroin addict over a cough medicine! I ended up having to take time off work due to coughing through the night untreated.I’ll never forget how rude this woman was. Completely unsubstantiated to treat me like a junkie.Never again will I ever go back to this pharmacy which is a shame because I’m a local.

Too busy to assist with a issue I was having with the prescription, as I needed medication from a compound pharmacy and was able to get it changed to tablets buy they were too busy to call the doctor and have a new script sent to them. Will never think about going to this place again. Unless, unprofessional, amateurs.

I just called and spoke to the kindest and most helpful woman. This place is always reliable and informative. Even late night on a Sunday, you are not made to feel like a burden.

I have been here twice at night and daytime. I was served by different pharmacists who were very helpful. I made calls to make sure they have stocks and got a quote before I came to the store and didn’t have any issue with that.

the woman who served us today was nice. good service. me and mum paid the bill here and brought sanitizer and a box of face masks. good range of products.

A really great pharmacy who have great caring and compassion. They have a great deal of knowledge and even when you as a client are not sure of your repeats. They listen and care when they know you well

This pharmacy has never let me down. I am very impressed.

Nice to know that this place exists for after hours late night weekends :)
