Sylvia, Tony and the team at Adelaide Stone Benchtops were far and away the easiest part of a 2+ year building process. They were honestly down to earth and their price, service and helpful attitude were second to none. Just superb! Recommended to me by an industry specialist, my experience with Adelaide Stone was nothing short of sensational. I came to these guys in a hurry, mid-build, and in desperate need of a bench that was an absolute pain to source in SA (Quantum Quartz Naturale Concrete).After getting no traction with other suppliers I rang up and spoke to Sylvia. She was excellent – a proper customer service professional and genuinely nice person. She was reassuring, interested, and found a way to juggle things around to get me exactly what I needed. Within a just few days she had sorted me a super competitive price, site measure, install date, and the exact stone I wanted. Nobody else was willing to do anything in less than 2-3 weeks.Then there was Tony. He was a super nice guy that made time in his day for a site measure. When he showed up, he took care of everything with the trades. He walked me through the entire process and made sure I understood their process, and that he understood exactly what myself and the other half wanted. He even offered to make a cutting board if there were enough off-cuts left over.Sylvia coordinated everything smoothly and was a pleasure to deal with. In about 10 days from the date of making the first phone call everything was finished. The work Tony and Graham did on the install speaks for itself. The attention to fine details is outstanding and I’m about as impressed as I could be. The benches are stunning, the profiling on the edges is flawless, and the mitered waterfall edges are perfect. They also installed the sink, tap and cooktop.I won’t be looking anywhere else in future and I would recommend this company to anyone. I have no affiliation to them. They’re just a proper crew that cared about me as a customer and felt very trustworthy. Went above and beyond. Took all the stress and risk out of the build. Thankyou Adelaide Stone team. The owner Tony is a friendly and professional stone mason. He provided us the best service, was compassionate and accomodating with our situation. Communication was excellent, he took the time to answered all our calls and questions, even after hours.Measure, quote and installation was under 2 weeks. Due to plumbing delays, he came back without a fuss to drill our tap hole.We couldn’t ask for anything better, we would recommend him to anyone. Love your work Tony! Keep up the great job.
