As much as i hate giving any business a one star , this place certainly deserves it . The young lady serving made a mistake so she takes out (Dall) from the tray which is already mixed with rice and puts it back . The customer said i didn't ask for that . Then while serving me i specifically ask for Lamb curry and ask her again is that lamb ,she once again tells me its lamb . When i went and sat and began eating i immediately knew it wasn't lamb . It was chunks of Beef not lamb , Lamb has a distinctive smell and taste , $16.50 is quite cheap for a large combo . They certainly can't serve lamb at that price , my point is be truthful and honest and don't think people don't know the difference. When i asked for proper cutlery instead of plastic i get dirty rusted cutlery , i have posted pictures of this

Very nice, authentic and tasty Indian cuisine. Zaika is situated inside the Kingsway City Food Court, with plenty of tabled seating available. The meals are well priced, and host a late afternoon $5 meal of rice and curry.

Great selection of curries, the two I had were very tasty. Good price & service. And after 4.00pm, they have a special, your choice of 1 curry with rice for $6.00. Great value & the same great flavour

Best butter chicken around! But very poor customer service!I come here frequently and I always tell people about the amazing food here.Seriously need to work on their customer service skills, no friendly greet, no “how are you”, most of the time the lady is sitting miserably in the back on her phone and you have to yell out for her attention. She just plonks your food down, and types in the amount in the eftpos machine and just leaves it close to her, so you have to lean over and enter it. It it wasn’t for the amazing food, I would never come back because the service is just so bad. I strongly encourage some customer service training for her.

Good service, great food!. reasonable price. The butter chicken and vindaloo beef were both tasty and had the right amount of heat. I like the most hot vindaloo curry it's taste is delicious. The service was quick and the staff were polite. I would love to use their service againand recommend to my friends.
