Kristy provided outstanding service to myself and my daughter. She spent 80 minutes with us today and was so polite, obliging and professional, from start to finish. She was extremely patient with us and ensured that we had a wonderful experience. My 5 year old was being cheeky, touching everything, leaving her finger marks all over the cabinets; this was no problem to Kristy as she was understanding and easy going. Kristy offers wonderful service!

I am absolutely beside myself with joy!!!! Went in-store tonight to get my hands on these little beauties... not only was I greeted with a smile and warm welcome... Clearly the ladies knew I was there for Marvel... they had remembered me from a previous visit. Extraordinary!!Wonderful sales team, respectful to customers, outstanding service. The beautiful ladies Maddy, Kristy, Jordan, Kathryn and Kylie had me laughing in no time! They shared stories and gave ideas on how to make my new bracelet look MARVELous! My items were rung up and I was even more surprised I had a 15% off voucher to use! It was suggested to get the birthstone charms to represent the Infinity stones...they only had 4 colours, but took my details to let me know when the 5th colour comes in. Packaged with a dash of love and handed to me in a neat little bag, Enjoy

The staff are beyond exceptional. They get to know their customers to better understand what they are looking for. I most definitely have my favourite sales reps in store I will not go anywhere else.

Absolutely floored with the service today at Pandora Tuggerah.I previously went to the Erina store to have my rings cleaned and was told that they only do the 5 minute clean now which was fine but when they gave them back they looked dirtier than when I gave them to them.So I went to Tuggerah wanting to try there for a better clean as they had turned almost black which I have never had happen with any of my pandora jewellery before and when they looked at them Jordan immediately took them and said she wouldn’t even bother cleaning them that she was going to replace them all and reiterated a few times that I was welcome there any time I liked for them to clean them.I was so shocked and truly didn’t expect that as I’ve had them for quite a while.Jordan and the other young girl that served me really should be commended, their customer service was outstanding. I’ll be going back there for all future purchases and cleans.

Could not recommend this store and the team at Pandora Tuggerah enough. I received a birthday gift that was a little too small in sizing and visited today for my first ever Pandora experience. Katelyn and the team on today we're amazing from the moment I walked into the store and we're more then happy to help. Katelyn went above and beyond to locate a bigger size bracelet for me and I walked away as a very happy customer.

I walked in, had a lovely quick chat to a sales person, was out after 20 minutes with 6 gifts for Christmas AND all gift wrapped and sorted with gift receipts. The service provided by Jordan was absolutely impeccable. Congrats to the team on running such a smooth service during the busiest time of year. Exceptional! Thank you!!

On return to the shops the staff member named Jordan is to be commended for her professional and friendly service in Nov 2021. She was only too happy to help me with a gift exchange and purposefully led me to select suitable items which I love. I left the store in a timely manner feeling amazing thanks to the approach she implemented. I love pandora and will continue to return and recommend

I am absolutely blown away by my recent in store experience. After being treated so poorly at the Erina store, Jenelle, Jordan and Leanne showed such patience and care with me while I started my Christmas shopping.The fun and humour made the whole experience so personal and without pressure to buy. I felt like part of a family with the suggestions offered and I don't think there was a single item in store that wasn't showcased. I walked away with 80% of my Christmas shopping complete and I am so grateful and truly appreciate the attention Jenelle and the other ladies showed me. Something the Erina store have yet to learn! I won't be going to any other pandora for future purchases!! Please pass on my thanks to these wonderful women! They all deserve recognition for their passion and dedication to customer service.

Disgusting service here, did a click and collect at 9am, called the store at 12 and they said it wasn’t ready yet call back again in an hour, called back at 2pm got the rudest lady ever, told me it’s not her problem my order wasn’t ready yet, and that to come back in tonight and it might be ready then, told her i won’t be around again tonight can I come in and buy it and get a click and collect refund, she said no why don’t you come back in 5 days and your order might be ready then, couldn’t hold my tears back just the rudest experience just the tone in her voice was not nice at all, had to hang up the phone, will not be coming to pick that click and collect up in fear of the customer service.Please get some staff that treat people kindly
