National Blind Suppliers

Excellent service.

One of the worst experiences I have had with an Australian company, I live in rural Victoria and was unfortunate enough to have national blind suppliers Melbourne supply an Australian product from Artex hutters. The shutters began to split and discolour, the installer was called in who bought with them national blind suppliers Melbourne (the supplier); pictures taken and sent to Artex. Artex came back with “its moisture damage, not our problem”. The shutters are installed in a dining area well away from moisture; they didn’t even mention the separate problem of cracking. We were then told by national blind suppliers Melbourne “they are wood and the bottom isn’t sealed so that’s how it (moisture) would have got in”.??? Then why would you KNOWINGLY supply a product that is not fit for purpose???? An attitude no care, no responsibility’. The epitome of why consumers now shop online and avoid Aust companies – as we have done for the remainder of our house; ordered online from China, great product, GREAT value and quality built! Disgusted!!

Please support all small businesses. They all have families like ours & yours. We have to help . It has been a sad year. Stick together .They do an amazing job. Bless you all.
