Revive hair beauty and nails

Quoted $20 for a pedicure + $5 colour but and the end charged $35 + a $2 eftpos charge. Rip off. Won’t come back

Been visiting this saloon over last couple of months. The new owner Phany is lovely and welcoming. She is a great at hair cut and styling as well. When she is busy, couple of other staffs have done hair styling as well, pleased with their services too.

Worst service ever experienced. I was very specific about the haircolour I wanted but I am now left with a nightmare. Lady who did my hair did not listen and did her own thing. Will never go back here again. I wanted to put this review out here for everyone else as a warning. Please think twice before going to this place.

Usually I would not bother but I am still unhappy and hope this helps someone to never come here.This place does nails and hair and other beauty services which I would not recommend at all. They tell you they can have you but you essentially have to wait for 30-60mins anyway. I didn’t mind thinking their prices were really good. Mind you these prices are displayed on their CURRENT price list. I got a shellac manicure & pedicure which was $50 “special”. Both of that took almost 2 hours to do. The man that did it was so rough and missed a few steps. I didn’t want to say anything thinking it would be okay.I then decided I wanted to get some layers in my hair and showed the “owner” exactly what I wanted. She was just snipping away huge chunks of my hair. I couldn’t even see what she was doing properly because I had to remove my glasses. When I put them back on I clearly didn’t like it but she was just saying “it’s ok”. I just stood up thinking maybe I need to wash my hair and it’ll be fine. Then proceeded to pay and was told their prices has increased despite having those price lists just displayed. Then they said “normally this price but we do cheaper for you”. It was not cheaper. Mani and pedi $70 and horrible 5 min haircut for $25.Had a proper look at the mani and pedi when I left and it was horribly done. I washed my hair and it still looked horrible. I had an event the next day and never felt so deflated. And now 3 days later the shellac is peeling off on its own.I do not believe they are worth going to again. The place was so disorganised and fairly unclean with young teenagers taking their time and not knowing what to do next.There is no point going back there for them to fix anything either. Lesson learned. Cheaper is never always better.

The staff has changed recently. Today there was only one experienced worker and two young girls who could not do much apart from soaking my feet for pedicure.I was soaking for 1 1/2 hours and simply left as the experienced lady was STILL finishing the previous customer.It's redicilous!!Slow service,.inexperienced:(

I can honestly say this is hands down the worst experience I've had with any nail/beauty salons in the past.If I could give them 0 stars, it'd be a much more accurate review. The only good thing I could say about this store is how quick they were to grab up a sale. It could also be because there was absolutely no other customers there.I walked in with hopes to walk out feeling glammed and pampered but instead I walked out of fury.The lady insisted SNS even though I said no I don't want sns. She eventually persuaded me to which I agreed to. She then persuaded me to go with the colour she recommended for my nail design. The photo speaks itself. It is truly a moment of expectation vs reality.Definitely not coming back. Ever.Do not recommended this place to anyone unless you are just popping in for a hair wash.

Hait cut of a 7yr old... shoddy service for $30...wasnt listening when told to cut some more hair left too much hair on the top and then gives attitude..have overlooked their horrible service in the past for kids as well as adult haircut but i have given up on them now wont be going here anymore

This business has now replaced it's name XGOLD REACHNY HAIR & BEAUTY, however, the service and skills are still terrible. The hairdressers are not at all skilled and the owner grossly overcharges for services. I do not recommend this place and if there was an option to put 0 star, I would do that....Do yourself a favour and read the other comments.

Unhygienic, same person doing pedicure for someone and jumps in with same gloves for nails. Was there for 50 min with foils to remove my extension and noone bothered. Walked out saying I can't wait and they had no explanation whatsoever, no apologies. Kept talking people in just 2 mins before their closing time. Would not recommend

Excellent service. This place has become my go to for nails. The ladies there are so kind, and they always do an amazing job. I would highly recommend this place, I always walk out of there in love with my nails.
