I could not recommend Sarah any higher!If you are needing challenge support and help to focus on your health and fitness goals. I couldn't have asked for a better personal trainer as she felt like so much more than a PT she really went above and beyond. I have had a trainer before that experience didn't even compare to have supportive Sarah is she really understands her clients and creates the perfect tools and support to achieve your goals. Meeting Sarah and becoming one of her clients was easily the best decision I have ever made! You will never meet a more dedicated, enthusiastic, humble and beautiful soul like Sarah. She genuinely cares about all of her clients, she believes in you and makes you believe that there is nothing you can't achieve! I’m extremely glad I started seeing Sarah, she has given me a new found love of training and food, She greets you every session with a bubbly smile and personality, she makes each session fun and enjoyable whilst pushing you to be your best and strongest. She cares a great deal for her clients and promotes living a balanced life and is there to coach and support you throughout. If I hadn’t moved I would still be seeing her, I would highly recommend Sarah to anyone.

Sarah is an amazing personal trainer who has completely changed my relationship and mindset towards exercise and nutrition. Because Sarah's approach is holistic, the lifestyle changes I've made are sustainable. I contacted Sarah during a lull in my personal regime and being on the verge of probably dropping off gym altogether. Sarah took the time to chat, to find out about what motivates me and what I like in my routines.Sarah regularly checks in with her clients outside of session times to see how you're going. I've had PTs before, but I've never felt like any of them have genuinely cared as much about me as she does. If you're ready to actually make a change in your life, I can't recommend her highly enough.
