MADDIES HAIR BAR

Always great service and friendly staff. I'm from Brisbane and whenever I'm visiting my in-laws I get my hair done here. The prices are reasonable and I've always been able to be accommodated for an appointment.

My daughter paid $255 to have her hair coloured and her hair turned out patchy, with a variety of shades and colours. Her hair is now very damaged and possibly beyond repair. We went back to see the owner to give her an opportunity to fix her hair and we explained that we are unhappy with the way her hair had turned out and that people had made a lot of very negative comments, suggesting that she couldn't leave her hair the way it is and that it needs fixing. The owner stated that they could fix it but that they didn't make much money out of the initial appointment so they would have to charge for fixing her hair. To say that we are disappointed is an Understatement. I would not recommend this place.

Maddy and her staff were so helpful in fitting me in as we are travelling. Very happy with my hair colour and cut. Thoroughly recommend them :)

My Son wanted to give me a birthday present so as he lives far away Maddie worked with him via phone to allow him to purchase a package. Brilliant customer service, very helpful, understanding. Absolutely love the end result. I would thoroughly recommend this hairdresser it is the best I have ever been to.
