Cleo's Cattery

This is the most disgustingly filthy Cattery I have ever used. I didn't get to see the Cattery when I dropped of my little mate but I sure saw it when I picked him up. I can't beleive people think this neglect is ok. This place mixes the cats and my cat was too terrified to move the whole time. All the cats just spray up on the walls and Lesley doesn't clean it properly. Serves me right for going to a BUDGET facility. Photos tell it all. This is the example of the worst of the worst

This cattery lost my cat. I went on holidays for 25 short days and I thought my cat was safe in a cattery. But they have lost in my cat. Basically they are careless to lost my cat. I have put up in posters and inform to local animal shelters but still i didn't find my kitty.

We have left our cats at Cleo's on numerous occasions over the past 8yr. We have used other boarding facilities before this, and every time our cats have returned covered in dandruff (from stress) and having lost weight. Never when they stay at Cleo's! We were initially surprised and a little concerned to learn that the cats mingle, but our 2 cats seem to enjoy this. I would prefer this to a facility shared with dogs. Having been in and out of there many times- I have never witnessed fighting. Some cats socialize, some are more reclusive and shy.Yes- there is odour. It is a cattery. I'm sure most cat owners appreciate how toxic and penetrative cat urine is. I don't know how one would prevent this in a cattery. Having been to other facilities it is standard.I have no hesitation recommending Cleos.

Use them at your own risk...THEY LOST MY CAT!!! After just 2 days into her 5 day stay I received a phone call to say my cat had somehow gone missing from her secure enclosure. They offered absolutely no explanation as to how this may have happened. Their follow up care & contact was questionable, with only a text message at 10.30pm after 3 days to say they had had no luck finding her. I continued to search every morning & afternoon around the cattery & never once saw or heard the owners from the cattery looking for my cat. After 9 nights I was lucky enough to find my precious cat, less than 500 meters from the cattery, with the help from a professional cat catcher.I thought long & hard about posting this but at the end of the day, this is a business that needs to lift their game when looking after the much loved fur babies of our families...

I've been bringing my cat to Cleo's for several years now, following a recommendation from a friend. I wish I could give this cattery more than five stars - it really is exceptional. Prior to going to Cleo's, my cat had always come back from boarding at other establishments quite traumatised and stressed. The first time I took him to Cleo's, it was a completely different experience - he didn't want to come home! I've never seen him more relaxed and he loved interacting with all his new feline friends (as an only cat, I was worried about this, but he was fine!).I've left my cat at Cleo's for extended periods of time in the past when I've been travelling, and Lesley the owner is such a wonderful host. And it's a lovely touch that they post pictures of your pet on Facebook.I would not hesitate to recommend Cleo's to other cat owners, and have already done so with many friends. It's rare to find an establishment run so well and with so much heart. I look forward to many more years visiting Cleo's with my current and future cats.

Amazing cattery at affordable prices, looked after my 2 babies now coming 5 plus times, and already booked in for the next few. They’ve have always looked after us, and will be customers for life. Small family business with all the love for their Furbabies guests ❤️

Cleos was a wonderful home away from home/ holiday for my two cats! Alex and Elena went the extra mile to look after every need my cats had, including applying multiple homeopathic drops day and night, mixing supplements in to their food, accommodating their special diet needs and giving them TLC while they were away from home. They have cleaned up the cattery since purchasing it this year and have some exciting plans to make Cleos even better. They moved my cats to larger rooms when they had a cancellation and my babies had access to the outdoors and a big widow to gaze out! Thank you Alex and Elena for looking after my babies.

Our cats Sheba and Finnegan stayed at Cleo’s at the end of September. We couldn’t be happier they were well looked after and Alex was great. We had plenty of questions and he answered them all, nothing was too much trouble it seemed. They even sent us pics of the two of them on WhatsApp whilst we were away. A great price and service and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Cleos - our cats will be going back.

Rosie and Ollie had a great stay at Cleo’s Cattery. The cattery is clean and spacious. Will definitely bring them back when I go on my next holiday!
