Apparently the store is open until midnight. 11:50 I was wanting to enter to pick up a click and collect. Eventually I man approached the door saying the store actually closes 5 minutes before midnight. I showed him that by my phone it was 11:53. He argued through the door before getting his manger, a rude older, short lady with blondish hair. She walked within hearing distance to say its closed, turned and walked away.Written this in my car and it's still not midnight

Plenty of parking. Store is spacious. Well organized. Helpful staff. There is always a bargain and it’s well stocked. Highly recommend even their click and collect. Very efficient service

If Low stock and no Customer support is what you want, look no further, Unfortunately this is my local Kmart and it often means I have to travel to any other Kmart if I want to buy anything.There is poor stock levels and never any workers around the store to ask for help!

Dissapointed with the aggreesive woman on the Service Desk. Kmart should use staff with decent customer relation skills. Made me feel like a criminal when I returned a $6 item. If you don't like people choose another job.

Spent 10min looking for men's t-shirts, found the ones I wanted, got to register and scanned at double the price. Sign clearly stated one price, multiple items in various sizes of the same product. Instead of just admitting fault and scanning at lower price, the manager got all defensive and tried to blame me for not knowing the difference in a t-shirt with one sticker and not the other. The initial lady who served me said this is happened multiple times and has not been fixed. A sorry, have them for the shelf ticked price is what the manager should have said. Not getting all over the place trying to blame the customer for staff miss ticketing or putting products in the correct spot.

I only come here for some shorts for my son , quick in and out. I went through self check our, the check out machine owed me 15 bucks change. I was very patient, waited 5 mins , I didn't think any one had noticed my machine needed attention. There was a young girl probly 15 at the cash register, looked at me as I waived at her then just looked away, no reassurance that some one was on their way to fix it.so I just raised my hand for attentionMore obvious, then a very mature aged lady didn't even look at me she had her head down and yelled out aggressively .' Just a minute ' like jesus seriously are the kmart staff always so grumpy, it's like she was cutting sick at her grand child. All ended well with a male staff member fixing it , he had a very nice demeanour.

Great experience today at Kmart Boronia, initially greeting by security staff at the front of the store, who advised about collection being at the rear of the store. Staff there were prompt and friendly, well done guys.

DO NOT SEND YOUR KIDS HERE FOR A INTERVIEW...My daughter was sent home after travelling over an hour for an interview because the manager was sent home....SO WHY WAS SHE NOT CALLED TO CANCEL TO THE INTERVIEW????Absolutely DISGRACEFUL way to run a business...fill in manager needs to be demoted.Very heartbroken girl...
