Lighthouse Foundation
These people are unprofessional and do nothing but spy and make false reports to dhhs they say they are there to help they are not. They are in the business of who ever pays them the most they will obey. When they come into your home to “help” they dig around in your personal affairs to get information to report on you for. When you ring to get answers they are always in meetings or busy don’t make the mistake and ask them for help like we did you will regret it

We have just started working with lighthouse, We had a little Man move in with us and the whole experience has been amazing. Ive never worked with a team that love their job and care more then the team at lighthouse. Huge shout out to Shane and Rani and all the team. I cant reccomend high enough.

For some years, I have observed Lighthouse Foundation's approach to providing personalised therapeutic care and a family-style home for young people who would otherwise be homeless. The impacts of this work are real and far-reaching for each individual young person lucky enough find their way to Lighthouse, and also for our society as a whole. This is one of the most inspiring, professional and compassionate non-profit organisations I've encountered in almost 30 years working within and across the government and non-profit sectors.

Worked for the Lighthouse Foundation for a fill in agency shift. Super poor organisation, communication and little to no resources provided. Poor management and communication. Wouldn't work for Lighthouse Foundation again.

One of the best organisations I've worked with. Great at supporting our young people and do a fantastic job of supporting carers through reflective space, I highly recommend Lighthouse to anyone.
