I had to use Dawson before after another mover had left me stranded with everything in my parents' garage, and the service from Dawson was impeccable, to the point that they were my first port of call for my next move and then also my most recent. I booked a pack and move, and the apartment was packed and moved (out of the apartment and into a self-storage unit) all in the same day.I'll definitely be using Dawson again in future

In comparison to all other monthly storage quotes I received, Dawson’s was 40% cheaper. Goods were taken away and stored without any hassle, as well as monthly account payments made easy. After 2 years of storage, the goods were delivered, again without any hassle at all, but outside their 50km metro radius (78km away from the storage facility) added $700 to the final delivery bill. Goods were delivered with more scratches and dents than what they went into storage with… Having said that, they weren’t world-class items to begin with. Overall, happy with the service I was provided.

We were lucky enough to have Brad and Tim to help us move from house to house and also out of storage, to say they are amazing would be an understatement, absolute 10/10 service in every aspect from politeness to taking genuine care in how the operate.To the point where we actually called back and paid again to get them to help us move a fridge we had delivered days later.We were happy to pay a bit extra using Dawson expecting good service but my partner and I were honestly blown away with their positive can do attitudes.We’ll definitely be using the boys again one day later down the track if they aren’t running the show by then!

I engaged Dawson’s to move my household contents to a container, store the contents for a couple of months, and then deliver to a new address. Dawson’s staff were at all times professional, efficient and courteous, and pricing was reasonable. I recommend Dawson’s for household removals.

Awful service, sent out a shipping container with holes in, destroyed items. Have spent months requesting receipts for all items moved and once received have argued the true value of the items. - Working in conjunction with Kent Relocation services

Dawsons did our move from Melbourne to Cooya Beach in Far North Queensland and I could not fault them at all. Glen in the Melbourne office was responsive to our every query and Phil and Gary were amazing in getting our goods safely into the container. At the Cooya Beach end both Paul and Lachlan were also fantastic with their unpacking skills! Thank you Dawsons!!

I contacted Alex with Dawson to help move my daughter from Victoria to WA. Alex was back with a quote very quickly, in fact days faster than any of the other movers I contacted. During our discussion I found that she could also help ship my daughters car and her cat. Again prompt quotes and excellent communication won the day. The shipment was picked up and delivered well under the proposed time. After a number of issues on my end with the cat and the car both were shipped and delivered without issue. Would I use Dawson again. The answer would be 100% yes. It’s wasn’t a huge amount of items but they treated me like it was. Excellent job Alex and team Dawson.

I had a large move with complicated requirements. I’ve had other removalists move smaller items into the property that I was scared in how they were going to move everything down in a tight townhouse. And I was left with total confidence in the the whole team who moved everything with care but with total efficiency!! Then at the new property they were very accomodating and placed items as I required. I have moved a lot and I have to say that this was the best move I have ever had. I will recommend Dawson moving to anyone without hesitation. Thank you Dawsons team for making my move so much easier for me and taking away my stress.

I can’t recommend Dawson more. I have booked two jobs with them. Margret from their team was super helpful and clear on everything to me for the quote. So far, they just did first one for me. It has already amazed me with their professional and good quality service. The boys even had a very decent stretch working with my friends barely speaking English. They really have a sense of removal professionalism in their body. Look forward to working with you in weeks time for the second move. Thank you.

Thank you all at Dawsons for making our move to the country as easy as possible. Your movers arrived on time, for pick up and delivery the next day, were very helpful and friendly. They took great care with all our stuff and there were no breakages.
