Highly recommended Just Bathroomware - have just finished main bathroom with them and will be doing ensuite also.Worked with Carolyn Fitzpatrick and was like having your own designer and budget manager in one - she really took the time to understand my particular needs, bathroom layout challenges and fitted all this to my budget.It was also clear to that the team really understand the products (breadth of suppliers and depth of options) as well as have strong relationship with the suppliers to manage custom items.I really didn’t find this level of enthusiasm in the other places I visited prior and so has made the whole experience very enjoyable.

I have just completed renovating 3 bathrooms and a laundry and was completely happy with the service provided by Just Bathroomware. Dan was very helpful with product advice and I am very happy with my selections. There is an excellent range of products. Dan was promptly responsive to emails and phone calls and any follow up, as were the other staff. Deliveries were made when promised. I highly recommend them.

The team at Just Bathroomware provide great advice and really assisted us through our recent renovation. Through all the stress of the build and resolving a number of build defects, JB were always happy to assist and make sure the end result matched our requirements. We had a couple of small issues with the fixtures, but I can't fault the store for those or the effort then went to in resolving them. One small tip though - avoid fixtures by Argent and stick to the well known/respected brands.

Great service provided by Dan and the team. They made us feel comfortable throughout the buying process and were very informative and flexible to ensure we made the right choices for our bathroom products. Dan went above and beyond in all areas including responding to emails sent outside business hours. Highly recommended.

Have just finished renovating 4 bathrooms and purchased all products from Just Bathroomware. Dan was extremely helpful from start to finish and his team were also able to step in when Dan was not available. Everything went really smoothly and all products were delivered on time. Great product knowledge, excellent service and I would definitely use again and/ or recommend to friends. Love my new bathrooms!

I initially visited the showroom at Crows Nest and was blown away from Gareth's knowledge and customer service. Sadly, when I finally received the quote, it did not reflect anything that we had discussed, and I was so frustrated, I went elsewhere.At the end of our renovation, I called again, knowing what I wanted and ordered 2 items. I spoke with Caroline who assured me that she would order the items immediately, and it would be there in a few days. I called to follow up a few days later, and was told that the order had not been placed and it had been handed back to Gareth “to take some ownership”I explained that I needed the items by the next day, and Caroline advised that she would arrange for them to be delivered to the store.The next day I received a phone call saying that it was going to cost $70 to ship the items to Crows Nest, and that they would pay half if I coughed up the rest. I was dumbfounded that they were asking me to pay for their mistake.She went on to tell me that there are delays with everything (I don’t really get her point, as she did not order the item). I told her it was unacceptable. She said she would sort it out and hung up on me.A few hours later, I received a “your shelves have arrived” and a hang up. I have never had anybody speak to me with such hate and contempt. Why was she even bothering if it is such an inconvenience?I arrived at the Crows Nest store, and when I asked for the shelves, Gareth asked me what my problem was with him, as he answered my emails and gave me quotes. I replied that I was not going to go into it, and was there to collect the shelves.Caroline served me, and honestly if she could have spat at me that was about the only thing missing. She was so rude and abrupt, I would hate to see her on a bad day. At one point someone called for her and she spat at me saying yes, she would love to speak to the person on the phone (instead of me).As much as I want to try to support small businesses, the reason that people come back is THE CUSTOMER SERVICE, and you have none. I would recommend a course in basic people skills, customer service and taking responsibility.I would never usually write a complaint, as I know people have bad days, but this was beyond unacceptable.Negative 5 stars

Both my husband and I could not have been happier with the level of service, advice and support we received from the staff at Just Bathroomware. Dan and his team were highly professional at all times and helped us create our dream bathroom and for that we are so grateful! We would not hesitate in recommending them as their price point, customer service, product quality and delivery service is outstanding!

I cannot say enough about my experience with Just Bathroomware and Dan Kim - this was my first major renovations and Dan's efforts certainly took a lot of the stress out of the exercise - he took time to understand my needs before suggesting specific items, was very patient as the exercise dragged on and he was always there to respond to my endless questions. Just Bathroomware was referred to me by one of my neighbours and I am more than happy to recommend them to anyone doing a similar renovation.
