Delivery said it would arrive between 7:00am and 6:00pm looked at the tracking for the van and it completely missed my house. I waited the whole day for the package to arrive and it never did. I tried to contact the courier however I received absolutely no response. I am so disappointed and frustrated.

Absolutely TERRIBLEMade NO attempot to deliver.Lazy driver Just left a card without attempting to deliver.I have been trying to contact them and all I get is ROBIOT replies saying my issue has been resolved, when I still havn't received my package after 2 weeks!!DO NOT use this terrible service and stay clear of any seller that uses them.

Absolutely terrible serviceSaid they were on their way for three days called multiple times to try and find out where it was, they then said they were 10 minutes away but couldn’t find my address and that it was too far for them to deliverOverall lazy driver and am not expecting parcel anytime soon

Absolute terrible delivery company! You cannot reschedule, they keep sending some automatic reply emails, but don't really try to deliver again. After ten days, I am yet to receive my parcel.

No ETA on delivery dates or times. No email or SMS, so had no idea the package was coming.Failure to Deliver" note was left in the apartment lobby

The worst delivery company ever! No customer service line zero delivery reschedule, if you miss the parcel they don’t even tell you when they come. I really don’t know how come they have so many good reviews!!!

I was delivered a card into my mailbox saying that delivery has been attempted 3 times, but the driver only left one card on the last day.On the card there was NO consignment number and NO name of person to whom it is being delivered to. No address either. Only a barcode number. I sent a email with all my details, ie, email address, Phone number, street address and did not receive any reply. The next 4 days, the tracking said it was attempted again but no-one tried ringing at the gate or pressing the door alarm.No email AGAIN. Now the tracking says it was delivered???? to whom???? No contact from the useless company. Zero star rating. Actually MINUS a star.So today.. 08-03-2023 Still NO reply from Delivere.4th email sent with my contact details and phone number. They have not replied to anything. Appalling company. Never use this company, as they are a virtual company.

I do not recommend using DeliverE. Simply because they can't actually deliver! Numerous emails requesting courier to ring/text on arrival fell on deaf ears. No phone number on website for support? Useless customer service help via email. It's a hard NO for me.

I have been waiting for a delivery from Dan Murphy’s for over a week. It was a gift from my parents for a special occasion. DeliverE keep send conflicting notifications, their live tracking does not work, I attempted to redirect the delivery but they are still sending notifications that it will be delivered today to the previous delivery address. Cannot locate a phone number for the company. The email enquiry form requires information that I do not have. I am very surprised that a company such as Dan Murphys would use a company with so many 1 star reviews and complaints. The only reason this company has an average of 4 stars is because some people think they are rating the product not the delivery service. DeliverE deserve a minus 5 rating. UPDATE I just had a call from delivery driver. Address has not been updated. Asked me to text him address and I said I would and that I would be home this afternoon. He tells me that it won’t be delivered this arvo. It will have to go to another driver for tomorrow.

Worst courier company I have ever dealt with. No contact information besides an automated email that doesn’t help answer any questions. Was told my delivery was coming on a Friday just for it to come on the Saturday and was marked as a failed delivery and a “call card” was left. I was home both days and absolutely no card left anywhere around my letterbox/yard. After numerous emails I FINALLY got my order. The guy delivered it in his own personal car (a Toyota Camry??) and told me we need better displayed numbers despite him being parked right outside my letter box with very clear numbers. Don’t recommend in the slightest.
