Terrible service, extremely rude employee was laughing on the phone because of my lack of knowledge on taxes. People who work in this business need to have PATIENCE first and foremost. Disrespectful! Would not recommend!

I don't normally give 1 stars but this place is terrible. Was told I needed additional documents during the appointment which was fine. It's now been 3 weeks with little to no responses. If I hadn't paid for the initial consultation I would have gone elsewhere. Won't be back

We have been going to H&R block Maroubra for our tax returns in the last 3yrs. Peter has been very accommodating and efficient in lodging our tax returns He is also always willing to spend his time to make sure that clients concerns are addressed .

Comes off direct and abrasive. Phone call about amended tax return to fix mistakes, 20 minutes of being rude and told off for what was done wrong. The impression I got was “we won’t help you, cancelled appointment, rebook with us a few months later”. It caused me stress. Went to h&r kingsford the next day and a lovely lady sorted out my tax amendment on the spot in one hour. I don’t understand why I was told different things. Do not recommend. Have never given out a one star before except for this one.

Dana is excellent very efficient.She has had to deal with a complex Tax Return and is the ideal person to undertake this task.We have no problem in singing her praises.She was recommended by a friend and we have appreciated the recommendation.

Great, convenient service. Dealed with Peter, he sorted out 4 years worth of taxes for me with great returns. Just come there prepared and I doubt you'll leave dissapointed.FYI, time it took for returns to clear were over a month. Dunno if thats normal for filing multiple returns but I can't be upset considering results.Would recommend.
