I bought a factory Seven yesterday at their warehouse, the bike is just perfect. Very reactive and well finished. I bought more expensive bikes that weren't that good. I did a 25km run right away and coould really feel I was on a secure and good bike, with a nice feeling.And what to say about the team, they are really nice and helpful, you would have more than you'de expected, it's really cool to see that people do business this way.You won't regret it !

Came down today asking for any fixes available for a problem I have with the crank arms. He walked me through what he will need to check so he can get a replacement and why he won’t do other methods like putting a insert in for the broken threads. Definitely going to come back to see him so he can repair the tricycle and recommend him to others.

A really great experience! Bought their “classic” bike which is superb and really well designed. The price is really fantastic! Bought it at their warehouse in Revesby and the company owner was so friendly and available. He setup the bike in all details and gave me a bunch of freebies. The bike rides fantastically, I couldn’t find anything like it on the market. Great job Nixeycles!

Fantastic service from these guys recently.Purchased my first Factory7 and was stoked with the quality and value of the product.Unfortunately after my second ride, I discovered an issue with one of the tyres.I contacted the shop immediately, went over some troubleshooting tips and in the end was sent out two brand new inner tubes and a lever set, free of charge.A random manufacturing issue with the original tube I can safely presume, but the customer service these guys delivered was fantastic.Highly recommend buying from these guys, and the bike rides so sweetly now that it’s sorted!

Nixeycles has an amazing customer service, great selection and a competative pricing. Yexin is such a gentleman and it was very pleasant. I absolutely lovvveeee the designs of the bikes, i am yet to try them out and will update once i have :)

I would highly recommend avoiding doing any business with this company. After making a purchase two weeks ago, I am still yet to receive my bike. I live in Wollongong - a mere 68 KM from their store and because of COVID-19 I am unable to leave my LGA. After sending my order 3 business days after I made this purchase, NIXEYCLES now have no idea where my bike is or how long it will take. They assure me that it is insured for loss but are completely ignorant of my requests - I do not want this bike anymore and they refuse to reimburse me. Whilst I understand that this issue is mainly freight related - they have chosen to use CouriersPlease - a business with a whopping Google Review Average of 1.3 stars - NIXEYCLES use this company so they have to be somewhat responsible. NIXEYCLES suggested to me that I buy a 2nd bike which they would send through a different courier and from there, I would be able to return the 1st bike when it came - what a moronic solution considering the first bike i ordered 2 weeks ago is still yet to come. They can't chase up my order because, like myself, they can't even contact the courier THEY'VE decided to use. I have been constantly told to be patient" which is infuriating - NIXEYCLES now have my money

Customer service excellent and the bicycle is fantastic! The color is very beautiful, welding is very well made! The bicycle comes packed nicely, easy to assemble!
