Great customer service! I have been riding mountain bikes for over 30 years and have lost count of the number of shoddy mechanic jobs and arrogant, unapproachable shop floor staff. This was not the the case with the guys at the Mountain Biker who went above and beyond to help me out. Thoroughly recommend!

The guys at The Mountain Biker went above and beyond. From the moment we walked through the doors they were approachable, honest, answered all of our questions and had a wealth of knowledge. They have so much passion for what they do and provided the best customer service we've ever received. They were determined to understand our requirements to find the right bike and ensured we had all of the knowledge to make an informed decision. These guys stayed back well past closing time to set the bike up and make sure everything was perfect for me to start riding it straight away. Even though it was well past closing time, they also built our new bike rack on the spot and went the extra mile to modify to fit our vehicle.Thank you guys, from the bottom of our hearts. What you've done this afternoon has absolutely fueled my passion again to get back into riding - to have my new bike to ride on my first Mothers Day is extremely special! We're also so excited to introduce our little man into the biking world on his new balance bike you helped us pick today!

Dedicated Mountain bike shop ! What more could you want ?I had a bent derailleur and hanger out on the trails and they took it in, fixed it and I was back on the trails the very next day.Great shop with knowledgeable staff and wide a range of brands.
