Friendly and helpful staff. I was pushed for time and they fitted my daughter and I in despite having a busy day. I'm thankful that they did and the extra service provided as part of the hair washing makes me want to return despite the price.

I had an amazing experience with Moksha Room yesterday. I was booked in for make up and I was so pleased with it. Exactly as I wanted it, and the makeup still looked perfect when I got home. I had had an up style elsewhere, and I was terribly disappointed with it, and not really feeling in the mood for my event. Even though I was not booked in for hair, Cindy got in and redid my up style, and I loved it! After seeing these lovely and talented ladies, I was back in the mood for my event! Thank you so much to the beautiful owner and staff at Moksha Room xx

Went to Moksha Room for the second time today since I moved to Townsville. Was taken care of by Sammi both times, she’s super friendly and gives me good advices according to my hair (thin hair, I’m always a bit struggling when I need to make a decision about a haircut).The place itself is beautiful and very relaxing. What a gem !Will definitely go back there for my next haircut :)

Had the most amazing time at my formal hair and makeup trial. Cassie (makeup) and Ashleigh (hair) had my hair and makeup lasting all day and night, not a single thing budged! Exactly what I showed them as inspiration. Can't wait for my formal! xx

Staff are super friendly and professional. I was running late for my appointment but Ash and Kaylee still took their time to listen to exactly what I wanted and spoiled me with a massage and coffee. Very happy with my hair colour and the service. Highly recommend this place!

I am only giving one star because i wish to give zero stars. I come in and I had grown my eyebrows out for three months to have someone fix them up nice. Today… that was not done, the tinting was very boxed and not to mention i said multiple times I don’t wear makeup usually and wanted a more natural look and to keep my eyebrows thick… she waxed 80% of my eyebrows off and they are super thin. I wouldn’t recommend this salon for eyebrows at all. Very disappointed in my services today and now very embarrassed of going out in public or looking in the mirror.

Jana and Kaylee were absolutely incredible! I attended this salon as my usual hairstylist was sick and her salon could not accommodate me…I was nervous about going to a different salon that I didn’t know but they did an absolutely fantastic job…I will most likely be coming back there from now on!
